Elshad Aliyev is an advocate of the Bureau of advocates - Universal, a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He has more than 20 years of work experience in various positions in the Ministry of Taxes, as a notary in independent organizations, in the Environmental Protection Department of Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources.
